A deep red beer with a malty flavor and citrus hop aroma. The grain bill consists of estate grown medium grain sushi rice, U.S. grown barley, and select caramel malts. Rattle Can Red is dry hopped to add a punch of hop character without adding any bitterness. Although very flavorful, this beer is still light enough to be considered a session beer. RCR has a smooth dry finish, making this pint a perfect pairing for many types of foods.
