OUR GLASS IS FULL!

Thank you for considering Farmers Brewing Company to be a part of your fundraising event.  We believe in giving back to our community and love donating beer to support local organizations whose values align with our own.  While we can’t donate to everyone, we will make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible.  Take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies before submitting your request. Our team meets twice monthly to review all submissions.

  • We require 45 days’ notice for all donations

  • We can only donate to registered 501(c) organizations.  You will be required to submit a copy of your non-profit registration document if selected for a donation

  • For beer donations, you must obtain a special daily permit license (ABC 221) in the name of your non-profit organization.  You will be required to provide proof of your license prior to your event. To find out how to apply for a permit, contact your local ABC office

  • Though we respect freedom of religion and political beliefs, we tread carefully around these issues, along with other sensitive issues

  • Unfortunately, under current California law, merchandise and gift cards may not be donated.  Furthermore, beer may not be auctioned off.  All beer must be consumed on site of the fundraising event

  • At this time, we are only able to donate within our self-distribution area which includes Glenn and Colusa counties

  • A qualified applicant/organization is limited to ONE donation per year
